Here the content of the tour focuses on the history of Chartreuse in the world of cocktails.
From their birth in the United States, during Prohibition, to their rebirth in the early 2000s, the public will be able to feel the importance of the world of bar and mixology for Chartreuse before trying their hand at making and tasting cocktails.

Currently the two cocktails prepared during the workshop are:
- Cocktail 1 - Grog Chartreuse: Yellow Chartreuse, chestnut cream, lemon juice, honey, Chartreuse herbal tea.
- Cocktail 2 - Winter Garden: Green Chartreuse, Olive Gin, Verjuice, Pear Nectar, Emulsifier.
