Immerse yourself in the fascinating world of Chartreuse and its cocktails. Discover the essential role that the world of bartending and mixology has played in Chartreuse. After this sensory journey, take action: create and enjoy your own cocktails!
Here the content of the tour focuses on the history of Chartreuse in the world of cocktails.
From their birth in the United States, during Prohibition, to their rebirth in the early 2000s, the public will be able to feel the importance of the world of bar and mixology for Chartreuse before trying their hand at making and tasting cocktails.
Currently, the two cocktails prepared during the workshop are:
– Cocktail 1 – Chartreuse Grog: Yellow Chartreuse, chestnut cream, lemon juice, honey, Chartreuse herbal tea.
– Cocktail 2 – Winter Garden: Green Chartreuse, Olive Gin, Verjus, Pear Nectar, Emulsifier.
The bar closes at 18pm. The site and the car park close at 18:30pm.

All year round, Saturdays and Sundays at 15:30pm.
