Herbal tea making workshop in "seven themes" – Specific to the respiratory system
Come and learn how to create your own herbal teas to soothe everyday ailments. This workshop offers a hands-on immersion into the world of medicinal plants, focusing on a specific area of the body. Learn to identify suitable plants, their benefits, and how to use them. Prepare several targeted herbal teas, learning how to combine plants to create balanced blends. Preparation (infusion, decoction), dosage, and storage will no longer be a mystery! Take one of your blends home with you.
This workshop will be scheduled monthly with a different theme: detox, digestive system, nervous system (sleep and calm), osteoarticular system, women, immunity, respiratory system.
