Atelier confection de tisanes

A precious legacy of ancient traditions, notably those passed down by monastic communities such as the Carthusian monks, renowned for their mastery of plant virtues.

During this workshop, you will be introduced to a sensory and cultural approach to herbal tea, considered in its three dimensions: visual, gustatory and functional.
You will explore the basics of artisanal formulation: how to choose a plant, which part to select and how to compose a harmonious blend according to a taste or traditional intention.

Guided step by step, you will discover the botanical characteristics and historical uses of different plants, as passed down in folk and monastic herbalism. The goal is to learn how to create balanced blends, respecting ancient knowledge, without any therapeutic intent.

Each participant will leave with their own creation.

A workshop at the crossroads of the senses, knowledge and tradition, to reconnect with a living plant art deeply rooted in our heritage.

Every Wednesday at 14pm and every Saturday at 10am, all year round.

Single price: 30 €.
