Marche nordique avec Nathalie Mathieu

Two Nordic walking groups for leisure and experienced practitioners. Beginners accepted (loan of poles on request).
The outings depart from Voiron and nearby towns within a 20 km radius.

Days and times of outings:
Groups 1 and 2 in the morning, Mondays and Wednesdays, from 10 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.-11:45 a.m., except during short school holidays.
Apart from these weekly outings, throughout the year and/or during school holidays, introductory and advanced technical sessions may be offered to members and non-members alike.

Equipment for Nordic walking: Nordic walking poles (available for loan), flexible, comfortable and breathable clothing, trail running shoes or flexible, low-cut hiking shoes (no smooth soles or rigid high-top shoes). Backpack + water + snacks + waterproof windbreaker.

From September 9, 2024 to July 2, 2025, every Monday and Wednesday from 10 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.

Apart from these weekly outings, throughout the year and/or during school holidays, introductory and advanced technical sessions may be offered to members and non-members alike.

One-off session price for non-members: €12.
Prices for 10 outings card: €90.
Adult subscription per year: from €150.
Prices for individual and company sessions: on request.

The departure locations change every week, the information is communicated to the practitioners by SMS or email. Registration for a test session by SMS or email.
