Come and discover relaxation in the heart of nature in a magical setting between Earth and Water!

Boost your well-being during your summer vacation. From June to August, try sophrology in a natural setting conducive to relaxation and rejuvenation, with a magnificent view of Lake Paladru.

Further information : Floor mats and blankets are available if you wish. Otherwise, they will be provided during the session. Please indicate your preference when booking.

From June 8 to August 27, 2025, session on Sunday from 10 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. and session on Wednesday from 18 p.m. to 19:30 p.m., except Sundays June 15, July 6, August 3 and Wednesdays June 11 and July 9.

Full price: €15 (customers outside Camping Bellevue)
Reduced rate: €10 (Camping Bellevue guests).
