About
Come discover or rediscover the different techniques of working with clay. All techniques taught, modeling, half-timbering, plaque, turning, sculpture. Introduction or improvement to the electric lathe.
In the workshop, the clay used is stoneware. You will work in the potter's own environment, who will share with you her methods, her know-how, her raw materials.
The workshop is in a quiet location, in the center of the village, in the middle of the Valdaine hills.
Courses for all levels, from beginner to advanced.
Poterie de Grès also offers year-round or quarterly workshops; more information is available on the website.
Provision of clay (2 kg included for 3 hours), equipment, colors (engobes & glazes) and 2 firings of the pieces.
Opening
From January 20th to December 23rd, 2026, open Tuesdays and Thursdays from 14pm to 17:15pm. Wednesdays from 9:30am to 12:30pm and from 14pm to 17:15pm. Closed Mondays, Fridays and weekends.
Outside of these hours, open by telephone appointment.
Prices
Adult: from €42 (1 session of 3 hours)
Adult subscription: €720 (Quarterly subscription: €297 – 11 sessions)
Multi-session card: €210 (7 sessions).
