About Us
The YCGC offers a “Hand-Sailing” activity for people with disabilities, regardless of condition (motor, mental, sensory), to allow everyone to practice sailing solo and/or in pairs with an “able-bodied” person. .
The YCGC Handivoile sailing group meets on Saturday afternoons about once a month, in a friendly atmosphere (picnic, snack), according to an established schedule.
In addition to regular training sessions, meetings with other clubs and participation in various competitions are organized (French Handivar Championship in Cazaux, regional training camp in Mèze, North Cup in Berck, etc.). The fleet consists of unsinkable, adapted HANSA sailboats, available for double-handed, single-handed, and group sailing to ensure safe practice. The YCGC's "Handivailing" activity is supervised by adult volunteers, including certified instructors and specially trained assistants. The YCGC holds the Handisport Label Club certification.
Opening
From 04/04 to 17/10/2026 on Saturday from 13 p.m. to 16 p.m.

Prices
Adult: €217 (YCGC Adult membership fee including annual FFH HandiVoile license)
Child: €122 (YCGC membership fee – under 18 years old, including annual FFH HandiVoile license).
The courses are free because they are taught by qualified volunteer members one Saturday a month.
Membership in the club is mandatory to participate, and it entitles you to other services at the nautical base.
