SUP (Stand Up Paddleboarding) Yoga sessions accessible to all. Recharge your batteries and regenerate through yoga, in contact with nature's elements, in a sumptuous setting.

Guided practice on the water for 1 hour 15 minutes.

Each session ends with a 10/15 minute relaxation session.

Further information : Minors must be accompanied by an adult. Knowing how to swim is required.

Pricing

Wednesdays and Sundays:
€32 with 2 hours of paddleboard rental (the yoga session lasts 1 hour 15 minutes, you then have the paddleboard until the end of the rental).
€15 without paddle rental (you have your own paddle with up-to-date navigation authorization).

YCGC Members:
€29 with 2 hours of paddleboard rental (the yoga session lasts 1 hour 15 minutes, you then have the paddleboard until the end of the rental).
€12 without paddle rental (you have your own paddle with up-to-date navigation authorization).

Other time slots:
€40 with paddle rental for 2 hours
