The Caves de la Chartreuse offer a different way to discover the famous liqueur, over a cocktail or herbal tea in a bar area dedicated to the art of flavors and blends.

In a refined setting with seating for 35, savor the legendary Last Word or the elegant Bijou, discover the Chartreuse Mule or the American Pola, or indulge in a seasonal or signature cocktail in a convivial and welcoming atmosphere. A unique way to experience Chartreuse!

All year round from 11am to 18:30pm, every day from 11am to 18:30pm.
Last order at 18pm. Please note that we may be closed exceptionally throughout the year; check our website before visiting.

From May 11 to 17, 2026, on the occasion of the Chartreuse Festival, opening hours are as follows:
– Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday from 11am to 19:30pm.
-Thursdays from 11am to 17pm.
-Friday from 11am to 16pm.
-Saturday from 11am to 16:45pm.
-Sundays from 11am to 19:30pm.
