When I practice Nordic walking, I mobilize the whole body using poles. This allows me to strengthen my entire osteoarticular system, to mobilize my muscle chains, to have optimal cardiac and pulmonary activity for my daily health and well-being.

When I practice Nordic walking, I modify my posture by focusing my attention on my 4 supports (feet, pelvis, shoulders, head). These changes or adjustments to posture will facilitate my relaxation in the movement. And this relaxation has the effect of relieving, unblocking certain parts of my body that may be tense or painful (frequent back pain, knee pain, etc.).

When I practice Nordic walking, it is because I am on a path. In the middle of nature, I am attentive to what I am doing and I can observe everything around me. I can feel tired or even exhausted by my work and/or my daily life, so a practice close to nature will have a revitalizing effect and help me regain vitality.

A guided relaxation session lasts 1 hour.

Further information : Suitable for beginners. Equipment required: Nordic walking poles (MN). A MN stick loan is possible. Walking shoes or trail shoes suitable for paths. A session lasts 2h30 with 6 to 8km of walking and 150 to 250m of elevation gain, muscle strengthening, balance and coordination exercises and moments of sharing feedback on your practice.
