About
Epig&Sens offers you, through 3 complementary activities and a workshop, to establish or re-establish communication, a link, between each part of our body so that energy flows joyfully:
physical activity, care and health coaching.
physical activity, care and health coaching.
Alternating between “activity” and “rest” is a key element to promote optimal balance for your health.
The other key in these sessions is to establish continuity in all your movements, to feel lightness in your gestures in order to achieve elegance.
Nordic walking is ideal for:
→ improve your physical abilities
The entire body is engaged through the use of poles. This strengthens the entire musculoskeletal system, mobilizes muscle chains, and promotes optimal cardiovascular and pulmonary activity for daily health and well-being.
→ relieve any pain
Modify your posture by focusing your attention on your four points of contact (feet, pelvis, shoulders, head). These modifications or adjustments will facilitate relaxation during movement. This has the effect of relieving and releasing tension in certain areas that may be causing pain (frequent back pain, knee pain, etc.).
→ Enjoy nature nearby
In the heart of nature, you are mindful of what you are doing and can observe everything around you. Practicing in close contact with nature will have a restorative effect and help you regain vitality.
→ Share a moment
This friendly, outdoor activity facilitates interaction with others. It's about shared enjoyment during the activity.
Complementary care to physical activity through guided relaxation is interesting for:
→ Improve one's psycho-physical awareness and sensitivity
→ Relax to restore, recover, or regenerate
→ Share a moment
A guided relaxation session lasts 1 hour.
Health coaching is interesting because:
→ you benefit from individual support tailored to what you do and/or what you would like to do for your health and well-being on a daily basis.
→ you become the pilot and actor of your health by learning to regulate your different health parameters: physical exercise, diet, stress, pleasure, relationship with yourself and everything around you.
Support tailored to your needs and your organization is possible for individuals and in the professional environment.
