Meetings, seminars, cocktail dinners, the new spaces are suitable for professional meetings, corporate events, experiences as well as moments of relaxation and conviviality.
Compose your day between work time, guided tour and cocktail tasting. Several options are possible depending on the number of participants and your wishes.
3 reception areas:
- Elixir space for up to 18 people. Wifi, TV screen and paper board
When the weather permits, an outdoor terrace is available during breaks.
- temporary exhibition room for up to 49 people. Wifi, video projector and paper board
- reception hall and bar: up to 110 people in a cocktail dinner formula. Sound system, microphones and screens (not Apple compatible)
Possibility of organizing half-day (8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.) or full-day (8 a.m. to 18 p.m.) seminars, also including a guided tour of the museum space and tasting.
Evening events are also possible from 18:30 p.m. to 22:30 p.m.
To organize your event, the team supports you and works with two caterers for your buffet needs, meal trays, cocktail dinners.
All areas are accessible to people with reduced mobility and assistance dogs are allowed.

Access
Choose public transport to get to our site, Voiron station (road and SNCF) is only 200m away, or carpooling. Buses from the Itinisère network also drop you off right in front of the site.
The Caves de la Chartreuse car park only accommodates cars but a participant drop-off and pick-up area for buses is possible in front of the site, in front of the Voiron media library. The bus will then have to park around the site before picking up its group at the end of the visit.
The site has charging stations for electric vehicles and bicycles.
Little extra: upon proof of SNC or Itinisère tickets for half of your group, a 5% reduction will be applied to your overall bill.
