You practice a physical activity or sport on a regular basis. I offer you, on the last Sunday of each month, a day outing in Nordic walking. Loan of Nordic walking poles.

The Nordic walking day trip in the Pays Voironnais offers an opportunity to develop your body sensitivity to improve your posture and breathing on a daily basis.

Take part in one or two days to perfect your walking technique and move towards a flexible, light and elegant gait.

The courses offered aim to improve, through the PRRÉ method, attention, concentration, posture and breathing using sticks and elastic straps.

During these training days you will put into practice the 4 magical benefits of Nordic walking:

Program :

In the morning from 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.: practice classic steps, climbs and descents, work on amplitude, coordination, effectiveness of support on the poles, posture and cushioning. Exercises with elastics to deepen sensory perception, coordination and muscle strengthening.

Meals: from 12:30 p.m. to 13:45 p.m. - everyone brings their own picnic

Afternoon from 13:45 p.m. to 16:30 p.m.: practical course to put into practice the lessons of the morning. Review of the day.
During the day, we will do around 15 km and at least 500 m of positive and negative elevation gain.

Further information : Personal equipment: - Essential: pair of Nordic walking poles, loan of poles if necessary. - Recommended: backpack, sports shoes, sports clothing, water bottle, etc.
