Physical activity is a very rich lever for taking care of yourself. I rely on Nordic walking and cross training outdoors in the woods or in the forest.
To practice is to be in action, to take advantage of this moment for oneself, to work on one's posture. For example, anchoring and elevating oneself at the same time will have both a physical and symbolic resonance.
To feel is to awaken one's senses to be in a fairer movement, in a state of effective concentration to take advantage of this moment for oneself.
To evolve is to advance, to progress. Practice and feeling are 2 ingredients that set us on the path to better being on a daily basis.
There are several session formats, 1h15, 2h30 and all day. The 1h15 session is interesting when we are not available for longer slots. The 2h30 session is more comfortable because we have more time to practice, to exercise. And the all day format offers the possibility of integrating, in the afternoon, more of the exercises from the morning practice.
The sessions are adapted to everyone so that everyone can progress at their own pace and in the time offered.
Each session takes place as follows:
- the practice of Nordic walking, muscle strengthening exercises, coordination, posture and breathing.
- feedback on his practice at the end of the session
The equipment is lent to you (Nordic walking poles, elastic straps) during the session.
In addition, I offer health coaching and restorative listening sessions to refine your feelings and adjust your practices for your well-being.

Nordic walking group sessions are scheduled on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Sundays. You can register by SMS or on the WhatsApp group "Nordic walking sessions".
For individual sessions to improve your daily well-being (physical activity, health coaching or guided relaxation), simply contact me to make an appointment.
Further information : Equipment needed: Nordic walking poles (NM). A loan of NM poles is possible. Walking shoes or trail shoes suitable for paths.

Booking deadline: the day before the session
Opening
Monday and Wednesday from 13:45 p.m. to 16:15 p.m. Tuesday from 12:15 p.m. to 13:30 p.m. Sunday from 9:45 a.m. to 12:15 p.m.
The times and days correspond to the Nordic walking outings.
The last Sunday of each month, the outing can be done either for half a day or for the whole day.
Admission fees
Single price: 25 to 180 €.
For Nordic walking, there is the possibility of books of 10 tickets for €180 (0,5 ticket = 1 session of 1 hour 15 minutes, 1 ticket = 1 session of 2 hours 30 minutes, 2 tickets = a day trip).
Price per session:
--> €25 for a 1h15 Nordic walking/physical preparation session
--> €30 for a 2 hour Nordic walking session
--> €60 for a day trip of Nordic walking and €50/person if there are 2 of you (couple, parent/child).
If you are a family then it is free for children.
Restorative listening session (1 hour): €60
Health coaching session (1 hour): €50
