Discover the different supports of this discipline and practice regularly to progress.
On lake, river and pond outings.
The kayak section recruits young people for the afternoons and beginners/seniors in the morning.
It offers training for adults and young people supervised by a professional every Saturday:
- “Color Paddles” training and progression for independent practice.
- Kayak polo (competition awareness).
- Sports river, discovery of our natural heritage.
- Kayak touring, fitness activity and physical maintenance (in the morning).
The section trains mainly on Saturdays on Lake Paladru and organizes at least 1 outdoor outing per month, whatever the group, supervised by our professional.
Among members of the section, participation in events such as Lyon Kayak in September, Ardèche Marathon in November, or weekends organized at sea or in the river...
