Come discover and practice rowing on the calm blue waters of Lake Paladru. The ideal setting to learn rowing and discover the lake from another angle, for one or more sessions.

After a passage on the ergometers to learn the gestures and postures necessary for the good practice of rowing, you will be accompanied to the pontoon and will take note of the safety instructions.
You can then board your boat alone, as a couple or as a group depending on the type of boat available.

The outing is supervised and under the surveillance of a motor safety boat.
PLEASE NOTE: bathing suits and bare torsos PROHIBITED

Plan to arrive half an hour before to start the session on time.

Additional information : Accessible to anyone who knows how to swim 25 meters. Plan a sports outfit, something to quench your thirst and protect you from the sun. It is preferable to contact us before in order to know the availabilities (weather, material and supervision). A qualified instructor is present for each session.

The first sessions require great availability of supervision, suitable equipment and suitable weather conditions.
During the school year, we strongly advise you to contact us a few days before the first session in order to find the right time slot together.
During the summer, attendance at sessions is very high. We recommend that you inquire and book your session 24 hours in advance. Indeed, to ensure optimum safety for all rowers, we do not exceed a certain number of boats on the water.

Wednesday and Saturday afternoons, from 14 p.m. to 17 p.m., are reserved for young people.
