The route map is available free of charge at the reception offices in Charavines and Voiron, as well as at the Natura Vélo mountain bike / cycle school in Charavines.

Our MTB-FFC space is:
- 4 departure towns: Charavines, Paladru, Le Pin and Saint-Geoire en Valdaine
- 21 circuits: 4 circuits vert très facile, 7 circuits bleu facile, 9 circuits rouge difficile, 1 circuit noir très difficile.
- a pumptrack and a downhill profile track (Saint Geoire in Valdaine)

Rent the bike you need at the Lac de Paladru MTB / Cyclotourism school, Natura Vélo, in Charavines: mountain bikes for adults and children, VTC and high quality road bikes for 1 hour, 1 day or 1 week!
