Sentiers nautiques

The YCGC has developed "Nautical Trails" routes: these are ecotourism paddle routes that highlight the historical or natural heritage of Lake Paladru, using waterproof maps. Be attentive and observe the fauna, flora and remarkable spots of our lake heritage!
Ask during your visit, these cards are loaned free of charge.

3 nautical trails are thus offered to you:

The "Heritage" nautical trail highlights remarkable sites on Lake Paladru, such as the submerged archaeological site at the bottom of the lake, located at a place called Colletière. This site is known for the quality of its remains and is surrounded by legends that you will discover. It's an ideal outing to complement your visit to the Archaeological Museum of Lake Paladru.

– The “environment” water trail focuses on the landscapes surrounding the lake: from the formation of the lake and the surrounding hills, to the sediments present, and the animals and plants that inhabit it. Come and discover all the secrets of this verdant haven.

– The “white paddle” trail focuses on discovering the fauna and flora of Lake Paladru: come and discover this jewel, a place where nature is still preserved.

Manual :
1 – Rent your single or double kayak.
Note, from 12 years old, count a place for your child. Example for a family of 2 adults and a 13 year old child, you rent a double kayak and a single kayak.
2 – Ask for your waterproof map of the “White Paddle”, “Environment” or “Heritage” trail and go for a walk on the water.

Minors aged 6 and over must know how to swim and be accompanied by an adult.
