Fishing enthusiasts, come and catch fish in the rivers, ponds and public watercourses of the Pays Voironnais. Card sales are made on the website www.cartedepeche.fr but also in the reception offices in Charavines and Voiron.

For 1st category rivers, lakes and bodies of water, you will have the opportunity to fish over approximately 26 km on: La Morge, Petite Morge in Saint-Aupre, St Etienne-de-Crossey, Coublevie, Voiron as well as Le Ri d'Olon on Saint-Cassien and Vourey.

For 2nd category rivers, lakes and bodies of water you will have the Les Rivoirettes pond in St-Etienne-de-Crossey (5 Ha) and the Bassin du Curtet in Voiron (0,4 Ha).

The latter is open to the public, after development work on the outskirts. It will also allow the initiation of young fishermen and primary classes to discover the flora and fauna in an aquatic environment.

You can purchase fishing equipment (fishing rods, reels, boots, etc.), bait and fishing cards at Bricorama, in the Voiron Laundry Zone.

Opening

From January 1 to December 31, 2024.
The fishing period for:
- Streams and rivers of 1st category are from the second Saturday of March to the second Sunday of October of the calendar year.
- For 2nd category streams and rivers, fishing is authorized all calendar year (except for exceptions indicated below).

Exemptions for the 2nd category:
- The opening of the pike is the last Saturday of the month of April,
- The opening for zander takes place around the beginning of May,
- And the Black Bas during June.
- The closure of Pike, Zander, and Black Bass is the last Sunday of January.
