The tourism promotion/communication unit plays a key role in the region's attractiveness; the team works to enhance the tourism offerings by providing well-optimized digital tools (websites, themed apps) and publications (destination magazine, guides, hiking and themed maps). In doing so, it contributes to generating bookings and visits, and consequently, to increasing local economic benefits.
01
To describe, to tell a story & to inspire
Qualification and narrative development of the offer
To engage in “storytelling” in line with the key areas of the region's tourism development plan (accommodation, local expertise, outdoor activities, business tourism) means:
- to create inspiring content for each of our target customer groups,
- to showcase this content visually by creating photo campaigns and videos illustrating the experiences to be had in the area.
At the heart of this mission lies the qualification of the offer entered in APIDAE, the leading tourist information network in France.
02
Raise awareness and build loyalty
Dissemination of inspiring stories created
The offers thus entered, which serve as the basis for structured and inspiring content, are referenced on the tools of the Pays Voironnais region, but also disseminated on partner websites (department, region, private actors), in the press and at thematic trade fairs via:
- our websites and social media,
- our publications (destination magazine, guides, maps),
- our newsletters, press kits, articles…
03
Supporting and assisting tourism professionals
Digital animation of the territory & networking
Engaging tourism and cultural stakeholders, producers, local craft businesses (in food or art), and event organizers (associations, municipalities, etc.) is essential for:
- the quality of the offers entered into our APIDAE database,
- personalized digital support (online SEO assistance, website quality, etc.),
- to promote increased marketing of local offerings.
