An invitation to travel, to discover folk groups, traditional songs and dances. The 40th edition will welcome South Africa, Georgia, Brazil, Bulgaria and South Korea.
The ATP Salmorenc group organizes an international festival every year that takes place in early July since 1983: The Festival of World Cultures Voiron-Chartreuse. The groups come from all over the world to bring and present to the Pays Voironnais the transmissible happiness they enjoy through their cultures and traditions.

Friday 30 June:
18:30 p.m.: Opening ceremony Place Général Leclerc
20:00 p.m.: Ball in the colors of the world "From Rio to Soweto"
Saturday July 01:
10 a.m. to 00 p.m.: Gastronomic market Place Delattre de Tassigny
with animations by the groups of the festivla and ambulatory show "The Azurite people" in partnership with Emotions de Rues / MJC
Monday July 03:
09:30 a.m.: Show for children (schools in the Pays Voironnais) - Grand Angle
20:00 p.m.: South Korea themed evening: show by the Solan Jindo Nori group and outdoor screening of "Jiburo" - Jardin de ville, in partnership with the City of Voiron
Wednesday July 05:
20:30 p.m.: Gala show for the 40th anniversary - Grand Angle de Voiron
Friday July 07:
17:30 p.m.: Apéro'zic - The musicians of the groups animate the bars of the city
19 p.m.: Closing ceremony - Meal - Show - City garden
