To close our exhibition "Fortifications: The Territory in the Middle Ages," enjoy a festive evening at the museum! A banquet prepared by the association "Les Marmites de Saint-Antoine" will be served. Short tours and an introduction to medieval dance will punctuate the evening.
On the menu :
– Starter: Salad of turnips, fennel, carrots, leek, chives and herbs with arboulastre tartlet
– Dish: Hochepot de Sion (Chestnut, turnip, cabbage, leek, carrot and parsnip stew)
– Dessert: Egg custard and joy biscuits
