Film concert based on George Orwell's novel Animal Farm.
Come discover or rediscover this adaptation of George Orwell's novel into an animated film.
Fed up with mistreatment, the animals on Mr. Jones's farm decide to take over and establish a new society based on the principle of equality among all animals. But a few of the "four-legged" decide that some are more equal than others...
This novel, which marked the 20th century, is an animal and political fable about power and its vicissitudes which is not without reminding us of the current political context and the darkest episodes of history.
Created in 1954 by John Halas and Joy Batchelor, the soundtrack will be reinterpreted live with the sounds of guitars, bass, vibraphone, drum machines, and melodica. All tracks are Fred and Machines' own creations.
Frédéric Juquel: guitarist and machines (loopers, reverb pedals, etc.)
Sylvain Paturel: bass
