Come one, come all to this fabulous musical Christmas concert put together by the Vocal Ensemble of the Music School, the "Pop Cor" Horn Ensemble, and the Moirans Wind Orchestra! A magnificent musical evening awaits – not to be missed!
The Moirans municipal music school will offer its traditional Christmas concert. Three ensembles will perform at this concert.
This will begin with the vocal ensemble of the music school under the direction of Claire Roux with several melodies around Christmas.
Next, a very original ensemble of about twenty horn players will take the stage. Made up of students and teachers from across the department, this group will transport you into the world of film music.
Finally, the Moirans Wind Orchestra, conducted by Michel Thévenon, will take the stage. With its forty musicians, this magnificent ensemble will invite you on a journey to Britain. You will hear traditional Irish dance music, the legendary music from "Robin Hood," and the first movement of the symphony from "The Lord of the Rings."
