The ensemble, made up of around fifteen people, includes harpsichord, strings (cello, viola da gamba, double bass, violin, viola, nyckelharpa), winds (recorders and transverse flutes), as well as a singer, under the direction of Jean-Pierre Scortani-Dohr.
Now retired, Jean-Pierre Scortani-Dohr is a former recorder teacher, then director of the Maison de la Musique.
This group of amateur musicians works and performs, on copies of period instruments, pieces from the pre-Baroque and Baroque repertoire, and, occasionally, medieval and Renaissance music.
