About Us
Joulik creates sonic travel journals like an ode to distant lands where languages intertwine and music becomes a point of reference. Each piece invites listeners to cross the boundaries of the ordinary to explore a dreamlike territory, guided by world music.
…(from Bulgarian to Persian, from Italian to Creole, from Turkish to Occitan and French), carried by a mosaic of songs and an invented language born from elsewhere. These voices converse with contemporary influences, tinged with modern jazz, subtle grooves, and diverse rhythmic explorations.
As part of the Summer Wednesdays Festival. As every year, each concert will be accompanied by a craft market bringing together local artisans and creators, association stands, traditional or more exotic food trucks and an association bar.
