Through an orienteering course, immerse yourself in a magical adventure in the heart of heritage with the Seven Castles Trail, a unique journey combining history and nature!

If you are passionate about old stones and green panoramas, the fun trail of the seven castles of Saint-Geoire-en-Valdaine is an activity not to be missed!
The Seven Castles Trail, 4,5 km long, can be completed in around 1 hours and is an ideal outing for families or groups of friends.
Grab the map available at the town hall and follow the marked trail using the green signs marked SGV. You'll find two versions of the map at the town hall: one for adults and one for children. Along the way, look for the 10 markers installed near points of interest to discover remarkable places.
The Seven Castles Trail, 4,5 km long, takes about 1 hours to complete and is an ideal outing for families or groups of friends. The trail begins at the multi-hiking station located below the municipal swimming pool in Saint-Geoire-en-Valdaine. There, you'll find free parking and an information panel to guide you.
This tourist adventure combines discovery, culture and nature, offering a memorable experience to all those who wish to explore the local heritage in an enchanting setting.

Bus network in the Voironnais region: The town is served by line E of the Voironnais region public transport network; five stops on the regular line Gendarmerie; Le Roulet; Piscine; Village; Place Chaffardière; Les Brosses + 4 stops in TAD.
Interurban transport: The Isère interurban network, formerly dependent on the Isère departmental council, then attached to the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes regional council (under the name Cars Région Isère) manages the regular line 7110 Pont-de-Beauvoisin ↔ Voiron (5 stops in the commune).
Railways: The nearest stations are Pont-de-Beauvoisin station and Voiron station.
