About Us
Since 1966, voices have accompanied visitors' steps through the Chartreuse Cellars. In 2026, we celebrate sixty years of sharing, of passed-down traditions, of stories told to thousands of visitors who have come to discover this timeless place.
Passionate, curious, sometimes discreet, often vibrant voices that reveal a place full of mysteries, aromas, silence and memory.
Hostesses, guides, each in their own way, made the walls speak, awakened the stories, and made the soul of the place felt.
This exhibition pays tribute to the women and men who, day after day, were able to tell the story of the Chartreuse, transmit its history and share its uniqueness.
Photographs, testimonies, objects, archives and memories make up a journey through time: that of a living, attentive and committed mediation, since 1966.
