About Us
The Isère Departmental Cycling Tourism Committee is organizing a day of discovery and conviviality for female cyclists, licensed or not, with a route, meal and film screening in the afternoon.
Want to cycle differently?
To share a friendly moment among women, without a spirit of competition, in a natural and supportive setting?
This day is the perfect opportunity to discover women's cycle touring, to ride at your own pace, to exchange ideas, to laugh and to share the pleasure of cycling in a simple way.
Whether you are a regular or occasional cyclist, licensed or not, come and experience a collective adventure, full of encounters, discovery, conviviality and inspiration.
Getting together with other women, gaining confidence, daring to take the plunge, and enjoying the pleasure of cycling together…
Join us for a day of discovery, sharing and good cheer around cycling!
Targeted audience
– Women licensed by the French Cycling Federation (FFVélo) in Isère and neighboring departments
– Unlicensed women wishing to discover women's cycle touring within a federal framework.
Program
– 8:30 am: Welcome coffee
– 9:00 am: cycling tour around Lake Paladru (one or two routes of 40 to 60 km, 500 to 700m of elevation gain), in small groups
– Lunch: friendly shared meal at Relais de la Tourelle, Route du Bourg, 38850 Villages du Lac de Paladru (aperitif, starter, main course, dessert, coffee).
– Afternoon: screening of a film on the theme of women's cycle touring.
Register
The participation fee for registered participants is set at €15 per person.
Included: welcome with coffee, tea and pastries, guidance for the route, meal, film screening, civil liability insurance.
Each participant must bring their own bicycle in good working order (e-bikes accepted) and agree to respect the rules of the road. Wearing a helmet is mandatory.

Sunday April 19, 2026 from 8:30 a.m. to 17 p.m.
