51 rue du musée, 38850 Villages du lac de Paladru
The MALP highlights a rich archaeological heritage thanks to the long excavation work carried out on the various lake sites. Activities planned throughout the day and free opening.
This work has mobilized many diggers, archaeologists, divers, professionals and enthusiasts, for more than 30 years. Come and dive with us into their memories through discussions, practical workshops related to archeology but also photo and written testimonies that will bring to life the exhibits, some of which are over 4 years old. During this weekend you will also be able to enjoy convivial moments, a lively medieval concert, conferences on excavations with the intervention of professionals, but also many activities for young and old.
History, culture and heritage : The museum presents in two exhibitions the discoveries of the archaeological excavations carried out in the lake. Come and discover the daily life of one of the very first communities of farmers, breeders and craftsmen, settled on the shores of Lake Paladru around 2700 years before our era.
