All tours are guided, visitors are seated during tours and guides have a wireless microphone and a sound system is installed within the museum to provide sound comfort for people with limited hearing.

Visitors can experience the atmosphere of yesteryear through this warm and timeless space. An exceptional visit and a rare moment in this exceptional heritage, which pays a moving tribute to the old clog makers.

The galoche, cousin of the clog... We often take one for the other, yet the difference is simple: the clog is entirely carved from a piece of wood, while the galoche is composed of a wooden sole, on which the upper part, the "shank" made of leather, is nailed.

History, culture and heritage:
Cousin of the clog, the galosh is honored in the only place of memory dedicated to it in France. Identical reconstruction of a workshop for the manufacture of wooden soles and galoshes.
