The only hamlet in the town preserved from suburban urban extensions, the Grand Bilieu is a district of history, rich in heritage nuggets.
Starting from the forecourt of the Saint-Alban church, set off to discover the old Cure, the old town hall-school for boys and free school for girls, or even the housing complex and agricultural outbuildings of Matonnière. For a breathtaking view of the lake, the bravest can climb up to the Croix des Cochettes and the Pierre de Libre Soleil.
