Screening of the film "Walking on Water," a documentary set in northern Niger, in the village of Tatiste, which is bearing the brunt of climate change. Afterwards, a discussion with Naomi Monnier, a hydraulic engineer.

Naomi Monnier is also a project manager at Hydraulique sans Frontières. She will compare the portrayals in this docu-fiction with the reality on the ground.
