Come and discover a unique heritage: the amateur films of Jean Valois, daily life and leisure in Tullins in the 50s. 16mm archive films from the Ad libitum Collection.

This session in homage to the Jean Valois fund, presents in a few films, the post-war society of the time: popular festivals, summer camp in Montaud, rally and karting... so many historical moments which punctuated the collective life of the years. fifty in and around Tullins.

Everyone will be invited to participate and share their memories. Gaston Valois, witness to his father's filming, will bring the off-screen footage of these films. Laure Sainte-Rose will give notions for the conservation, restoration, archiving and transmission of audiovisual heritage.

Screening designed and proposed by the Ad libitum Cinematographic Workshop of Voiron, as part of the cycle “Rendez-vous d'archives filmiques en Pays Voironnais #1”.
