The Sports Careers Fair is a new event organized by the CFA Sport & Animation, in collaboration with the training institutions of the Campus la Brunerie in Voiron (CREPS, Tremplin Sport Formation and the Institut de Formation du Vélo). It aims to become an essential annual event for anyone interested in careers, training, and professional opportunities in the sports sector.

This event was born from a shared observation among local stakeholders: the richness and diversity of sports-related training and careers remain largely unknown, particularly among high school students, university students, and those considering their professional future. Too often, the path to sports studies is limited to a few well-known routes, overlooking numerous promising opportunities suited to a wide range of profiles.

Faced with this need for information and support, the Sports Careers Fair aims to open up the field of possibilities, to provide concrete guidance and to enable everyone to build a project in line with their desires, skills and values.
Whether you are considering your career path, looking for a professional project, or simply passionate about sports, this event is for you!

Join us for a day filled with numerous immersive and interactive activities:
3 inspiring conferences focusing on key themes:
o Sport & Health, led by Didier Reiss, training coordinator at Eficiencia and author of several reference works. This conference will highlight the role of sport in prevention, well-being and support for the public, as well as the skills and professions related to sport and health, a rapidly expanding sector.
o Sports entrepreneurship, led by Mourad OUAZIR, director of Sport Nova. A time for discussion to discover the realities of creating and developing a project in sports: opportunities, challenges, entrepreneurial journeys and concrete advice for getting started.
o The profession of sports coach. An immersion into the heart of the sports coach profession: expected skills, career progression, field requirements and the reality of daily life in a constantly evolving sector.

– Sports demonstrations performed by students on campus, to discover in concrete terms the skills developed during the training courses, by practicing directly on site;
– Job dating and project support workshops to help you in your search for an internship, apprenticeship or job, through personalized exchange sessions with professionals who are there to listen to you;
– Presentations of companies and professions in the sports sector, in order to broaden your vision of possible career paths and realities on the ground;
– Personalized orientation routes to accompany you throughout your visit according to your profile and ambitions… with, for the most motivated, goodies to be won!

All of these activities will complement an exhibitors' hall, bringing together training organizations, companies in the sports sector as well as public actors in integration and guidance.
