About Us
Museum dedicated to the pilot Célestin-Adolphe Pégoud (1889-1915), inventor of aerobatics and first Ace of the 1914-1918 war.
Personal belongings of the pilot, period documents and objects, photos, models.
A tribute to some of the pioneers of aviation from Isère.
Two temporary exhibitions are also presented at the museum:
“Two painters of the air on the walls”: Yves Derrien exhibits aeronautical paintings and Tartie, for her part, sculpts characters and situations related to the air.
“1913–1914, Pégoud’s European Tour”: Exhibition of 70 photographs from 1913 from the Virard-Bonnet collection. Pégoud in Cologne, Frankfurt, Milan, Berlin, Moscow…
