Our retro cottage offers you a unique blend of vintage 1960's charm and modern comfort; fully equipped, including a covered terrace for outdoor convivial moments and plancha evenings.
Nestled in the heart of a beautiful green environment, come and enjoy the crystal clear waters of Lake Paladru! Our gîte on the ground floor of a 1960s architect's house will charm you with its privileged location on the lake. You will be spoiled for choice for swimming: the beach of the subdivision equipped with a raft offshore for fun (in yellow on the map 50 meters away) or the Bilieu beach open only to customers of the municipal campsite and residents of the commune (badge provided, in red on the map less than 5 minutes walk). We provide you with our 2 paddles with authorization to circulate on the lake and life jackets. For cycling lovers, the cycle path passes at the end of the street. For hiking and mountain biking enthusiasts, multiple trails are at your disposal, all around the lake or in the Chartreuse. On the practical side, Charavines with its market, local shops and restaurants, is located 5 minutes by car, 10 minutes by bike/scooter, 20 minutes on foot via the Bois d'Amour path which runs along the lake.
LAC CASA 60' has an independent gate with 2 private parking spaces. With a covered terrace of over 60 m², you can enjoy a plancha area, a relaxing garden furniture and a large family table to share your meals with a view of the lake. Our small enclosed garden on the side of the house with swing, tomato plantations and aromatic herbs is open to you.
Completely renovated in the spirit of the 1960s, the apartment offers 1 bedroom with 2 90 x 200 beds, 1 bedroom with 1 160 x 200 bed, 1 bathroom and 1 separate toilet. The kitchen is fully equipped: induction hob, dishwasher, oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dining table. A living room with a comfortable convertible sofa (160 x 200), a TV and a teleworking space with fiber connection completes everything.
Travel light: beds are made upon arrival. Bath towels and tea towels are also provided.
Just bring your beach towel, swimming sandals (very practical for walking on the pebbles when the lake level drops) and your bike helmets.
Other remarks:
- Weekly rental only during the summer season.
- No party, accommodation located in a subdivision. We occupy the 1st floor.
- The beach regulations are provided before your arrival: they must be scrupulously respected, failing which access may be refused.
- No smoking inside.
- Baby bath, travel cot, high chair, child bike seat, potty and adapter provided on request.
- Access to the house laundry room with washing machine and ironing equipment possible
- Accommodation not suitable for people with reduced mobility

LAC CASA 60' is an entire accommodation occupying the entire ground floor of the house: you have an independent entrance, a terrace and a plancha area that are entirely private. Only the enclosed garden on the side of the house with the swing is shared with the owners.
