Ideally located with hiking trails 50m away and a few minutes from Lake Paladru in Le Pin in the village of Villages du Lac de Paladru, the cottage is an old outbuilding of 50m² recently renovated.

We suggest you stay in our gîte located in Le Pin in the village of Villages du Lac de Paladru.

The 32m2 ground floor is composed of a living/dining room, a bathroom/WC and an equipped kitchen open to the living room.
The kitchen is equipped with an oven, induction hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher.
The bathroom and toilets are in the same space. You will have access to a shower (70x70), a sink and a mirror.
The 25m2 attic bedroom is located upstairs and has a 160x200cm bed and two 90x200cm beds. Large curtains help separate the room if needed.

2 private terraces are available to you with outdoor furniture and a plancha. One of the terraces will give you a direct view of a meadow. Rider friends, you will be able to watch over your horses which will be installed on a plot adjoining the gîte with an area of 1500m2 with automatic water trough and shelter.

For horse riders and cyclists, a secure space is provided for you to store your equipment.
Your canine friends will be welcome provided they are sociable (dog, children, etc.), not runaways (there are exterior separations but low heights). No surplus requested in exchange for proper cleaning for subsequent users.
A socket for charging electric vehicles is available (charging package varies depending on the type of vehicle).

Prices

From January to May and from September to December:
for 2 people: €80/night, or €480 per week (7 nights), additional person: €5/night and per person, sheets and towels option for 2 people: €10, cleaning option: €40, horses: 10 € per night and per horse (unlimited water and hay – supplements on request).

From June to August:
for 2 people: €90/night, or €540 per week (7 nights), additional person: €5/night and per person, sheets and towels option for 2 people: €10, cleaning option: €40, horses: 10 € per night and per horse (unlimited water and hay – supplements on request).
