TV, central heating, washing machine, microwave. Large private enclosed grounds, terrace (garden furniture and barbecue), children's play area. Shared parking. Activities: Skiing in Saint Pierre de Chartreuse, mountain biking, hiking, Lake Paladru and Lake Aiguebelette. Chartreuse wine cellars in Voiron (20 km).
