This ground-floor apartment in a 1960s architect-designed house will charm you with its prime lakeside location. The Bilieu beach, reserved for residents, is less than 300 meters away. At your disposal: two paddleboards with permits for use on the lake and life jackets, and a pétanque set. For cycling enthusiasts, the bike path runs at the end of the street. For hiking and mountain biking enthusiasts, numerous trails are available, all around the lake or in the Chartreuse mountains. For your convenience, Charavines, with its market, local shops, and restaurants, is a 5-minute drive, a 10-minute bike/scooter ride, or a 20-minute walk via the Chemin du Bois d'Amour, which runs alongside the lake.

LAC CASA 60' has a private entrance and two parking spaces. Featuring a covered terrace of over 60 m², you can enjoy a plancha grill, relaxing garden furniture, and a large family table for sharing meals with a view of the lake (whatever the weather). The small enclosed garden to the side of the house, complete with a swing and aromatic herb garden, is also available for your use.
Completely renovated in the spirit of the 1960s, the apartment offers 1 bedroom with 2 90 x 200 beds, 1 bedroom with 1 160 x 200 bed, 1 bathroom and 1 separate toilet. The kitchen is fully equipped: induction hob, dishwasher, oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dining table. A living room with a comfortable convertible sofa (160 x 200), a TV and a teleworking space with fiber connection completes everything.
