Ideally located on the shores of the splendid "Blue Lake," this exceptional cottage offers privileged access to a private dock and a peaceful pebble beach, perfect for relaxation and timeless moments. Just steps away, you can enjoy refined and sporting activities such as rowing at the Club du Lac Bleu, mountain biking, or superb marked trails for walks in the heart of nature.

On the ground floor, a spacious open-plan kitchen flows seamlessly into a bright living room, while a lounge with a fireplace creates a warm atmosphere. A fully equipped laundry room and a WC complete this level.

On the first floor, you will find two comfortable bedrooms, each with two single beds (90x200cm), as well as a third bedroom with a double bed (140x190cm). The master suite, a true haven of tranquility, features a queen-size bed (160x200cm), a private shower room with toilet, and a dressing room. A separate bathroom completes this floor.

On the second floor, a charming attic bedroom, furnished with a double bed (140x200cm), a sink, and a skylight, welcomes travelers seeking privacy. A study area equipped with two single pull-out beds, a sink, and a skylight offers an ideal space to relax or work remotely. A separate toilet completes this floor.

For your stay, the cottage provides a tumble dryer, garden furniture, as well as a barbecue and a griddle to enjoy convivial moments outdoors.

Weekend or midweek rental (minimum 2 nights): €800

From April 30 to June 26, 2026:
Weekend or midweek rental, minimum 2 nights: €450.

From June 27 to September 12, 2026:
Price from Saturday to Saturday: €3150.

From September 19 to November 29, 2026:
Weekend or midweek rental (minimum 2 nights): €800

From December 18th to January 03rd, 2027:
Minimum stay of 5 nights at 450 euros per night. No festive or noisy New Year's Eve celebrations.

Possibility to rent the annex house for 500 € more per week.

Tourist tax not included.
