The artist Maria Bosch invites us to explore the cycles of life. As if suspended, time seems to stop. A silent, contained but palpable wait, suggested by the works and the projection of their shadows on the pebble walls of the barn.

The ceramic pieces, suspended from the beams of the framework, seem to be levitating. They invite us to a quiet contemplation, suggesting absences, interrupted presences and silences in between.

But this calm is only an appearance because in an almost imperceptible way a subtle energy sets the circles in motion in an infinite swing like the cycles of life itself. The shadows projected, ephemeral and changing, become extensions of these fragile forms, they evoke the inexorable passage of time and the echoes of our life experiences.

“Temps Suspendu” is a dialogue between matter and light, a reflection on the fragility of existence and the invisible force of movement.
