Entrance square to the new nursery school under construction Chemin des Dominicains, 38500 Coublevie
Unusual discovery of the former Dominican convent, its chapel, its cloister and its magnificent wooded park. History and perspectives are in the spotlight thanks to a walking workshop and three beautiful musical interludes.
Pictorial and audio tour on the history of this former convent remarkable for its chapel built and decorated by the team of the architect Bossan (architect of Fourvière in Lyon), stroll in the park and the cloister. A look back at the future and projects for the future in the form of a sound tour, sensory map (workshops), presentation of site preservation diagnostics, participatory workshops on the project.
Detailed program :
- A sensory walking workshop in the Parc du Couvent des Dominicains from 10:30 a.m. to 12 p.m. led by Sophie Debillon.
- 3 musical interludes in the chapel and the cloister will be offered to you by Sonia Coppey and René Oréa (both multi-instrumentalists) at 14 p.m., 15 p.m. and 16 p.m.
