Who are the farmers near you? Where to source local products? How to cook seasonal fruits and vegetables? How to avoid food waste?
The Food Transition Month, organized each year in the fall, offers to support the general public and professionals in these changes in eating behavior through numerous events, promotes more environmentally friendly practices for farmers, and helps municipalities to develop short channels for their collective catering.
