Come and support and encourage the teams of this long distance Triathlon at Lake Paladru! The teams leave from Montferrat beach for the 3 disciplines. You may come across them on a path on foot or by bike!

The Paladru Lake Triathlon is a 1700m swimming course, 76 km of cycling in two loops of 38 km and 17 km of running with 712m of elevation gain in total.

Free entry. Participants pay. For 2025, the registration fee is set per team, encouraging participation in teams of five triathletes. For this 5th edition, the fee will be €14 regardless of the number of participants in the team.
