It happens then and now. There are crowns and treggings. There is little King Robert, the fairy Margotte, Queen George, adults from operettas. There is a deformed prince, two princesses, one stupid, the other hideous.
Growing up, we keep looking at ourselves, or on the contrary blinding ourselves with false ideas about ourselves. Is the image of oneself, of others, the reality? How can I trust my feelings? Is what I see the real truth?
This text was written from collections of words and improvisation workshops with young people aged 9 to 15, to hold up a mirror to our own representations.
