Tupp' or the fire cutter tells the story of an ordinary woman who climbs the ladder of a particular professional environment, that of Tupperware and door-to-door sales, and begins to dream of an extraordinary destiny.
What if the plastic box became Pandora's box for this mother endowed with the power to "cut the fire"?
This story of women, economic crisis and boxes is inspired by testimonies collected from door-to-door saleswomen. On stage, two actresses interpret the character, one giving voice, the other playing in sign language. The bilingual duo shows and hears these invisible and anonymous female figures who try to survive despite everything. A funny and cruel show, between initiatory fable and documentary tale.
