In a group (maximum 20 people) or on an individual visit, we invite you to discover the entire history of the family business and the behind-the-scenes production of Maison Bigallet.

In the heart of the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region, we open the doors of our factory to you for an immersive visit into the world of creating our liqueurs and syrups.

Let yourself be guided for 1h30 through the different stages of production:

Maceration and distillation room: Discover our artisanal techniques used to extract the natural essences of fruits and plants.
Assemblies room: Observe the know-how of our liquorists who assemble the different distillates, infusions and extracts to create original and complex flavors.
Bottling line: Witness the bottling process.
