Église Prieurale Saint Pierre
The Priory of Saint-Pierre, which has become a parish church, is located in the center of Bourg de Moirans. Founded at the beginning of the XNUMXth century, it is one of the oldest in Dauphiné. You can admire stained glass windows signed Arcabas.
The Romanesque church of the Saint Pierre priory, in the early Romanesque style, was classified as a Historic Monument in 1984. Built on the remains of an old rural church from the Merovingian period, it was the subject of several construction campaigns - reconstruction since the XNUMXth century. It is enriched with stained glass windows created by Arcabas, an internationally renowned contemporary artist.
